Holmes Run Trail – Dora Kelley Fair-Weather Crossing Replacement

Replace a washed-out pedestrian crossing on the Holmes Run Trail in Dora Kelley Park and repair the culvert under N. Beauregard Street at Holmes Run. The project will construct a multi-cell precast concrete box culvert crossing with a concrete top slab that will serve as the trail surface, including streambank stabilization/protection measures.
